About
Who you are dealing with
Prayer City is developed by Vevhu Resources (Private) Limited, a Zimbabwean land development company based in Harare. This page is the paperwork behind that name — the documents, the offices that issued them, and how to check every one of them without going through us.
Legal status
Every document, and where to verify it yourself
Land fraud is a real problem in this market. A seller who names their references is making a claim you can check at the issuing office without going through them — so here they are.

Anyone can claim to own land. These are the references that let you confirm who you are dealing with, from the offices that issued them, without going through us.

The registration number, the registered name and the direct line are taken from the company's own certificate at the Companies and Intellectual Property Office. That is why this page opens with references rather than with counters of years trading or deeds issued: a fraudulent seller can print any number they like on a page, but they cannot produce a company registration that holds up when you check it.
The company
Vevhu Resources (Private) Limited
Vevhu Resources develops residential land in Mashonaland West. The subdivision was planned by Dellee Investments and approved by the Department of Physical Planning; the company handles servicing, pegging and collections itself, which is why the stand number on an agreement matches the beacon on the ground.
Prayer City at Spitzkop is the current development. Lot 12 is selling now and is released in three phases; Lot 14 is a separate property with its own diagram and permit.
